![]() In the printing area, I have recovered action on AUTL1, an outline og 0.6 mm or more, layer responds to line thickness when printing as set in the table. Now that it looks like we have control over DS beyond 'used by date' I should be able to recover more of my configuration as time goes by. In the mean time I think DS may have advanced at least twice where I did not get printing given a proper workout. Problem is that I have been through well beyond 10 installs in different areas as well as resurrection attempts on DS that I have no idea where the last working colour/linewidth assignment went. Under that system, for printing I had the coulours assigned line width, well I had in AutoCADLT and tried to carry this over into DS and I thought I had succeeded. This setup I arrived at when using AutoCAD LT. Often I am pinched so I pick just the nearest drawing done with my layer layout. Have done that too many times over the years. These layers are all set up in my A4 - ref drawing which normally forms the basis of any new drawing I start, the idea to standardise so I do not re-invent layer layout. I have a standard or attempted standard set of layers:Ġ - default I have not decided on what to change here.Ĥ outline layers - AUTL1, AUTL2, AUT元, AUTL4 -all blue.Ĥ construction layers - red, green, cyan, purple.Ĥ dimension layers - DIM1, DIM2, DIM3, DIM4 - all grey colour. The printer test out the usual hp test page just fine, so it is in DS I need to fiddle, well in this case I have set up the printer with a dnns port, it was a simple automatic find and I just added foomatic/postscript. In my case, I don't believe default is going to help me, all lines were already set for default, but it is a bit complex to set up when using line colours to control thickness, I think. ![]() At least that got my cover plate tested out and the plate is ready to be installed. I have only had partial success, in that only one layer colour has responded to my line weight change. Sound like you have followed similar route to test printing as I normally do.
